Finally, your booking is confirmed with Active Adventures NI.
I know no-one ever reads this stuff but give me two minutes, it’s important!
Thanks for booking with us, our staff and guides are already looking forward to seeing you! We live for this so if you haven’t been on a session with us before, be prepared for the craic to come in waves!
We’re based here –
Harbour Rd, Ballintoy, Ballycastle BT54 6NA
Be on time for your session, if you’re booking in for 1030, be here at 1030, no earlier, no later.
We have fine time margins between sessions to make sure that safety briefs are covered, you and your crew know the run through of the session and you get your allocated time on the water. If you come early and we look busy running through kit safety checks or monitoring swells, it’s because we are… the ocean is a temperamental place, safety come’s first, then the craic.
So be here sharp, if it says 1030, it’s 1030, not 1015 and certainly not 1045. If you’re late, the clock doesn’t stop. Time will be removed from your session or if there are different party members we will have to head on (refunds won’t be issued).
Our location provides a free on-site public car park, mind you, we’re located in one of the most epic scenic locations on the North Coast. You might want to give yourself plenty of time to find a parking spot! On busy day’s they can be harder to come by! You don’t want the group to keep the group waiting!
What to bring?
– Old closed toed shoes
– Shorts for over your wetsuit
– If you have a rash guard for your top half, that’s cool too, if not it’s no biggie! Cotton t shirts get wet and stay cold, they’re no use for under a suit.
Coasteering & Kayaking – BRING OLD SHOES (rocks are sharp, jaggy and harder than your feet, for safety purposes if you don’t have footwear, you can’t run the jumps course.)
Wetsuit, Aid, Helmet & everything else you need for your activity will be provided.
