KAYAKING 2 HOUR TOUR

Our flagship and most popular kayaking tour to Elephant Rock comprises a short lesson on the basic skills of paddling within the safe confines of the harbour or beach. We will then head out as a group, hopping along the coastline, through channels, lagoons, a cave and pass by our Coasteering course as we head towards the famous Elephant Rock.

Here you can relax and soak in the sights and sounds of the environment. Yu may even spy the cows on White Park Bay.

PREMIERE ROPE BRIDGE TOUR

Do you want to experience the Carrick-a-rede rope bridge like never before? You may have looked down from above, but how about looking up from below? How about checking out some sea caves or maybe even catch a wave? Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife with dolphins, porpoise, seals, sea birds and even basking sharks spotted in the area.

Our 3 hour kayaking tour is an experience like no other. Come for a paddle with our fully qualified and experienced guides who will show you beaches, caves, cliffs, islands and the main attraction from a different perspective. Learn about the history and heritage along the way.

Are you aged 12 or over? Can you doggy paddle? Being confident in the water certainly helps but you’ll have a wetsuit and a buoyancy aid for warmth and flotation should you take a swim, a safety helmet to protect you noggin’ and guides to encourage you and keep you safe.

Age restrictions on anything over a 1 hour tour.

No. All our tours are led by experienced and qualified guides who will keep you safe. You will have the necessary equipment to keep you warm and afloat, even if you cant swim. You will get a brief lessons on the basics of paddling to get you started and some coaching as we move along.

  • Loughs: Lough Neagh, Strangford Lough

  • Islands: Salt Island, Ram’s Island

  • What to bring: Towel, shorts, old footwear, swimwear, medication (inhalers etc)

  • Activity duration: Various depending on tour

  • Adrenaline level: Low – Medium

  • Experience needed: None (you don’t even need to be able to swim)
