STAND UP PADDLEBOARDING - SUP
£35-£50 Per Person
Please Note: This season, all kayaking and paddleboarding sessions will be scheduled and released based on short-term weather forecasts. That means sessions will be fewer and advertised at shorter notice to ensure the best possible conditions for your adventure.
If you’re looking to pre-book for a group, you’re very welcome to do so — just keep in mind that if the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll offer you a backup activity (usually Coasteering), or the option to reschedule or receive booking credit for a future session. We’re also more than happy to refer you to a trusted partner who may be able to facilitate a session in our place.
All available paddling sessions will be added to our “Upcoming Sessions” on our website, and to our Events page on Facebook. If you have a group of 6 or more, or are happy to meet our minimum booking fee, you can also contact us directly to arrange a session on your preferred date — even if it’s not listed.
We’re still very much available for large group bookings at various locations, including summer schemes or organisations needing a fun and engaging activity for their participants. Just get in touch and we’ll do our best to make it happen!
Stand up paddleboarding or SUPing is a great way to explore the ocean and surrounding areas with a completely different perspective to swimming or kayaking. Think of it as a surf board that comes with a paddle for the best of both worlds! SUPing is a great workout from toes to shoulders, testing your balance and coordination in a way that connects you with the water like nothing else. Take in the scenery and have a relaxing float in calm waters or test your skill amongst the waves and stunning geology on the most versatile, rewarding and addictive craft around. It is a skill you’ll want to work on again and again!
Anyone aged 12 and over with a reasonable level of fitness can give it a go. Remember, learning a new skill isnt all smooth sailing so participants must be open to the possibility of taking a dip but helmets, buoyancy aids and wetsuits are part of the deal as well as expert coaching from our capable staff to help with all ability levels.
We would love to give you the skills to make full use of these cracking wee craft, but if standing up isnt coming as easily as you’d like or you feel more comfortable taking a knee whist you get your sea legs on, thats completely fine too.
The beauty of paddleboarding is that you can choose your own adventure depending on what you’d like to accomplish. Want to hang out in some beautiful calm water, shoot the breeze and watch for wildlife? work on your downward facing dog? Want to explore some coves and cliffs? want to push yourself and learn more advanced techniques? We’ve got you covered. Want to surf a 30ft monster wave in shark infested waters?? eh, maybe next time.
